Sautéed Asparagus

Ingredients

 

1 Lb asparagus

2 Tbsp olive oil

2 Tbsp water

3 garlic cloves

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt & pepper to taste

1 Tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

​

1 - Rinse asparagus and cut the ends.

​

2 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

​

3 - Add asparagus and cook until just tender.

​

4 - Pour water and cook until completely absorbed.

​

5 - Add garlic, paprika, salt & pepper and cook until fragrant.

​

6 - Turn heat off and pour lemon juice.

​

7 - Serve immediately.
